Terms and Conditions

Welcome to SUB’s terms and conditions, which apply to all items ordered from sub.com.my. Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

We may change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes to the terms that apply to that order.

All prices are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).

When you order online, payment can be made with any major credit card or direct bank transfer during check out. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct.

Your credit card will be billed in Ringgit Malaysia and your statement will show your purchase as “JUNIOR APPAREL ENTERPRISE SDN BHD”.

Where applicable, prices are inclusive of GST. Delivery costs will also be charged; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.

Delivery will be shipped via Pos Laju on all Malaysia orders.

Free shipping with purchase of minimum RM50 nett or more in the same order and is only valid to address anywhere in Malaysia.

While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.

Please note that orders cannot be delivered to Post Office boxes.

After you have successfully placed your order, our Customer Service team will conduct a verification process and update you through email.

After successful verification, we will arrange to dispatch your order. It will take 5 – 7 business days for your order to arrive.

SUB understands that the information you provide to us is private and confidential and will not pass on any information obtained via the website to third parties. SUB does not collect information from its visitors without their prior knowledge.

When making any purchase through this website we will ask you for personal information, such as your name, email address, shipping address, etc. This information is only used to process your order, and will not be shared or sold to any other company.

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majored for which we will not be responsible.

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit card.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

All sizes and measurements are approximate; however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Please refer to the size guide and individual product size for clarification.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.

When you place an order on our website we shall email you an order confirmation email. Our acceptance of your order does not take place until payment is cleared, at which point the contract for the purchase of goods will be made.

Please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the ‘CONFIRM & PAY’ button.

We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:

• The product ordered being unavailable from stock.
• Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment.
• The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion.
• If we suspect any fraudulent activity.

If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. We will take all necessary measures to keep the details of your order and payment secure.

Prices are subject to change without notice. These changes will not affect orders that have already been dispatched. Prices are inclusive of GST.

Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.

We continually update our website. From time to time our retail stores may run special local promotions (which may not be available on our website) or we may offer special discounts online that are not available in our retail stores. Additionally, some website promotions may not be available to customers in particular jurisdictions.
